After studying this module on Clinical imaging, you should be able to:
- Define the role of imaging in intensive care medicine and describe the assessment of routine, important critical care images – the chest and cervical spine X-rays.
- Determine appropriate imaging for the patient with intrathoracic disease.
- Determine appropriate imaging for the patient with circulatory dysfunction.
- Determine appropriate imaging for the patient with spinal disease.
- Determine appropriate imaging for the patient with abdominal disease.
